This is Clarence's all time favorite ride in the Puerto Vallarta area!
We will be riding southbound on Hwy 200 (one lane each way traffic), riding along the coast past Mismaloya and Boca De Tomatlan. From Boca De Tomatlan, we will start climbing ! You will see wild Fir trees as we get to a higher elevation. You will be riding past the Botanical Gardens to El Columpio. From El Columpio there are two more good climbs and then a fun, fast descent into the town of El Tuito.
The price includes bike rental, transportation to/from your hotel in air conditioned comfort and an awesome lunch as your reward for a great ride!
NOTE: The ride is approx 75 kilometres roundtrip from Puerto Vallarta with a total elevation of approximately 1300 metres. The average gradient is 6 to 8 percent.
