BACKROADS FAT BIKE TOUR

The backroads fatbike tours is approx 25-30 kilometers, done on tuesdays, thursdays, saturdays. The pace is recreational- and has some hills to ride which will require a good level of fitness. This tour is recommended for beginner/intermediate riders - beginner plus or intermediate riding skill level and cycling fitness. You get to see a beautiful ecological park and typical PV neighborhoods and a great view of the Banderas Bay.   

Those of us who love to pedal around on two wheels are very aware of the dangers of motorized vehicles. Many cyclists have stories about that time when they almost got hit or heaven forbid when they did get hit by a vehicle. So it isn`t surprising that people often ask if it is safe to cycle in the Puerto Vallarta region. The answer is yes. We know that it's hard to enjoy the ride if you are worried about being in harm's way. We only take you where we feel safe to ride. The ride starts at Xisco Bikes - about 1/2 block east of Costco, at 8:00am.
