Final payment for the tour must be made before the tour begins. Final payment for rentals must be made before the rental begins. If a rental is returned late the outstanding time shall then be charged.

Waivers and Registration Forms
All clients must sign a waiver before renting a bicycle or participating in a tour. Minors under the age of 18 require the signature of a parent or a guardian on the waiver. All clients must complete the registration form before renting a bicycle or participating in a tour.
Date Change Policy
Changes to the dates of tours are subject to availability. If we are able to accommodate you, we will be happy to do so. If we are unable to accommodate you, the date change will be treated as a cancellation.
Cancellations and Refunds
A tour may be cancelled up to 7 days before the day of the tour. A refund will be issued minus the nonrefundable 20% deposit. Tours that are cancelled less than seven days before the tour date are not elligible for a refund.
In certain extenuating circumstances, at the sole discretion of the management, a client may rebook his/her tour using a portion of the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations by Management
On the rare occasions when Puerto Vallarta Cycling must cancel a tour, (excluding cancellations due to weather), all tour payments received to date will be refunded to the customer.
In the event of inclement weather that prevents the tour for safety reasons, at the sole discretion of the management, the ride may either be rebooked or partially refunded less the 20% nonrefundable deposit.
Alcohol and Other Drugs
Individuals under the influence of alcohol or other drugs will not be permitted to rent bicycles or participate in tours.
All clients participating in tours and/or renting bicycles are required to wear a safety helmet. Helmets will be supplied to participants who do not have one.
Management will not tolerate abusive or unsafe behaviour toward staff or other business associates.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your tour starts at the appointed start location.
Release of Liability:
Mexican law requires that a paper copy be filled out and signed in person.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY In consideration of being permitted to participate in any way in a Puerto Vallarta Cycling ride, tour, affiliated tour, joint tour, activity, training, cycling camp, coaching and/or rental of a Puerto Vallarta Cycling bicycle, and other activities such as but not limited to yoga, running, swimming and various beach sports, hereinafter collectively referred to as “Puerto Vallarta Cycling Activity “, I for myself, my personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin: 1: Acknowledge, agree and represent that I understand the nature of this Puerto Vallarta Cycling Activity and that I am qualified in good health, and in proper physical condition to participate in such a Puerto Vallarta Cycling Activity . I further acknowledge that some of the Puerto Vallarta Cycling Activity will be conducted over public roads and others may include the open water, and/or facilities open to the public and upon which the hazards of traveling are to be expected. I further agree and warrant that if at any time I believe conditions to be unsafe, I will immediately discontinue further participation in the Puerto Vallarta Cycling Activity and advise a Puerto Vallarta Cycling staff member immediately. I further understand that serious accidents occasionally occur during bicycle riding and the participants in bicycle riding occasionally sustain mortal or serious physical injury and/or property damage, as a consequence thereof. Knowing the risk of bicycle riding, nevertheless, I hereby agree to assume these risks and to release and to hold harmless Puerto Vallarta Cycling, its officers, employees, agents, partner agencies, event sponsors, and all persons or entities associated with Puerto Vallarta Cycling who (through alleged negligence or carelessness), might otherwise be liable to me (or my heirs or assigns) for damages. It is further understood and agreed that this waiver, release, and assumption of risk, is to be binding on my heirs and assigns. 2: Further, I hereby agree to abide by the rules and regulations governing this Puerto Vallarta Cycling Activity and elect to participate at my own risk and in consideration for being allowed to participate do hereby release and discharge Puerto Vallarta Cycling, its officers, employees, agents, partner agencies, Puerto Vallarta Cycling Activity sponsors, and all persons or organizations connected with the event from any and all liability (including death) that may be received by me and from all claims and demands to my personal property growing out of or resulting from my participation in the event. 3: Acknowledge that all riders must at all times wear a buckled approved helmet during participation in a bicycle ride. 4: Acknowledge that all participants age 14 and under must ride with an adult. 5: I also understand that the 20 % deposit paid to Puerto Vallarta Cycling is non-refundable. Bike Rental Terms & Conditions ? All bike rentals must be reserved, and full payment must be made, before the start of your Puerto Vallarta Cycling trip. An inspection of the bike will be performed in your presence when the bike is handed over to you. Please make sure that any damages, scratches etc. are included below. During the trip, the bike remains the property of Puerto Vallarta Cycling and you will not rent, sell or otherwise part with the bike. You undertake not to misuse the bike and return it to Puerto Vallarta Cycling in the same condition as it was delivered to you (normal wear and tear excepted). During the rental period, Puerto Vallarta Cycling will make reasonable endeavours to replace or fix any malfunctioning components, unless the problem was created by your misuse of the bike. In the event of a major breakdown, caused by your misuse of the bike, Puerto Vallarta Cycling cannot be held responsible for providing a replacement frame or component. In the event of the bike being stolen or lost during the rental period, Puerto Vallarta Cycling entitled to charge you the original purchase price of the bike. In the event of a crash or accident in which a Puerto Vallarta Cycling helmet has sustained damage, you will be responsible for the cost of replacing the helmet In the event of a broken derailleur caused by erroneously shifting, you will be responsible for the cost of replacing the derailleur. Bikes returned with mud or excessive dirt are subject to a $50 peso cleaning charge Puerto Vallarta Cycling entitled to charge you for any additional damage to the bike, caused by you, during the rental period.
